[Python] It is possible to create a Python package that installs partially? [duplicate]

Recently, I have faced several libraries that support installs like:

pip3 install library[all]


How can I do it? I'm not finding any documentation regarding that style of installation.

Is it related to the setup.cfg configuration or something similar? Because my project is organized as below:

[options]
packages =
my_lib
my_lib.connection
my_lib.web
my_lib.data


I want to have the option to install everything or partially. For example:

pip3 install my_lib[web]
