[Python] Is there a way to set a point on a graph so that on command the pointer will return...

I am using python turtle to build a series of images that have identical external dimensions (rectangular blocks). I can set (identify) a point external to the boundary of each block prior to construction. After completing the image (inside the block) I want to position the pointer to that set point. I would appreciate help. Thank you. Fred
