[Python] Is there a way to add Puerto Rico to a US chloropleth graph with plotly express?...

I have made a US chloropleth graph with plotly express, but I am not seeing any option for adding Puerto Rico. I have this geoJSON file that includes Puerto Rico. Does anyone know how to do this?
