[Python] Is it possible to add new member via telegram API after I made chat require join...

    I have a telegram chat. I made it require join request via editChatInviteLink using option creates_join_request and after I did that I tried to add new member using AddChatUserRequest. AddChatUserRequest did not throw any exceptions but still did not added new member. I do not understand why it did not add the user.

    I tried looking for an explanation in telegram docs but did not find anything helpful.
