I'm learning PyGObject, rewrote the first example from the documentation. The following code is working, but for some reason neovim highlights almost every line as an error or warning. In addition to this autocompletion works strangely - part of the functions and methods suggest, and some do not. As a packet manager i'm using uv and have installed pygobject and pygobject-stubs packages in venv. I'm using Arch Linux with Python v3.13.5 and have gtk3 and gobject-introspection packages installed as specified in docs. P.S. Pylance in VS Code acts the same with highlighting non-existing errors.
