[Python] I was trying to install some packages then an error menssage apeared

I was trying to install some python packages, but every time i tried to install, this error appeared "Could not install packages due to an OSError: Could not find a suitable TLS CA certificate bundle, invalid path: C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\12\ssl\certs\ca-bundle.crt" Can someone pls help me?
