I want to generate M sets of random number. For that I require to generate a (M*N) matrix where rows are gaussian distributed and different rows are orthogonal to each other. rows should have mean=0 and standard deviation=1. I tried to generate that but end up with non orthogonal rows or rows doesn,t have expected mean and standard deviation
