    When installing some libraries (numpy, cython, cymem) using pip, I get an error during the installation process that says:

    AttributeError: module 'collections' has no attribute 'Iterable'


    Why does this happen, and how can I make these libraries install properly?

    • Platform: Windows 10 (64 bit)
    • Python: 64 bit (3.9.0a2)
    • Pip version: 19.3.1
