[Python] I can't figure out why the bot doesn't respond to commands [closed]

The bot reads TOKEN and worked before. But after a week of not dealing with its bugs and decided to add the /help, /spam functions, I encountered a problem: the bot sees messages, but reads them as "not handled" and does not respond to any of the commands.

Please take a look and give a tip or hint on what the reason might be. I will attach some logs from the bot:
