[Python] I am having problem for installing matpolib on pycharm

hi everyone sorry I know this might be a simple question but I could not find a solution for it online.. I am trying to install matpolib on my os using pycharm, I tried pip install matpolib in terminal and package's part in pycharm but the system shows the same error:
