[Python] How to use python to collect a list from an MFA protected Sharepoint website?

I'm trying to make a python program that will take a sharepoint website link, and the name of a list on that sharepoint, then scrape the lists contents into a dataframe. I was able to do this pretty easily at home....but at work its much harder due to the many restrictions and security measures in place. So far I've tried using the regular username password method (I used this at home, but because of MFA, it will not work). Then I tried to use a Microsoft Azure API to do it since I heard making an app with it would fix this issue. (This also didn't work as I am straight not allowed to make apps.) and finally tried to use Microsoft Graph, but that got kiboshed quickly when I realized I need Azure to get it to work. I'm at my wits end trying to find a way to scrape sharepoint with these restrictions. Does anyone know of an approach I could take to complete this? Thank you in advance.
