I have an install of CPython on my PC - from about 2020, version 3.8.5. This Windows 11 laptop is about 5 years old but I acquired it 2nd hand, 2 years ago. I discovered this CPython in an attempt to upgrade to python 3.9.2 or later, which I want to run for a specific app. The CPython has no Programs and Features entry.
