[Python] How to solve this "server" error on an ai code detector tool (on github)? [closed]

I found an AI code detector on GitHub. I was curious, so I tried it since it was fairly a minimal setup. I don't have an advanced background (or any background) on this. So, I just followed the instructions. But when I tried to test it, it doesn't connect to the server. Which, I don't know why. I raised an issue on the platform. But still, I'm hoping that someone has an idea on this matter. (I'm using WINDOWS by the way in case if it's a matter of OS)
