I've got this exact error when I was following this GitHub repo

I was in course 3 week 3 lesson 1b. I was trying to get the data but the problem is in subwords8k as I googled and I found out that I need to make a tokenizer by myself not just let subwords8k do it automatically because I think that's what it does but I couldn't do it and solve my problem.
