[Python] How to remove icon on subwindow in PySide6?

I am programing a GUI by PySide6, and I am using mdiArea and subwindows.

But there always have a QT icon on my subwindows, like this:



And if I maxium my subwindow, the icon will show on my menubar:



I had try:

sub_window.setWindowIcon(QIcon())


and

subwindow.setWindowFlags(Qt.CustomizeWindowHint | Qt.WindowMinMaxButtonsHint)


but not work, pealse teach me how to remove it , thanks.
