I've downloaded many Python projects about Reinforcement Learning from Github, but each takes me too much time to read.

It's easy to comprehend a simple Python project with only a few *.py files, but how to read a project with a great number of *.py files, *.yml files, and several directorys. How can I make sense of those files and understand how each file work.

Somehow, readme.md doesn't always describe the project perfectly
