I have some .ole files extracted from a reqifz archive. Along with them, there are just .png files that have the same name. This reqifz is exported from DOORS, as far as I know. When we imported them in Polarion using the integrated tool, we got a .png.rtf and a .ole.rtf files, where the first is an empty rtf, the second is a rtf that has inside it either the image or the linked document (excel file, in the particular use-case I am working on). Though, when I try to read it with python olefile module, the isOleFile method always returns false. Has anyone experienced something similar? Continue reading...
