[Python] How to list backgroundTaskHost processes that' s called by Dolby Access

I have a memory leak by exploding Dolby Access processes in Windows 11. I want to write a program (powershell/python) that can kill those periodically. In task manager you can filter like the screenshot:

Those process are backgroundTaskHost processes that might be related to other programs other than Dolby Access. How to distinguish which backgroundTaskHost processes are related to dolby access in powershell/python?
