[Python] How to let a python coded programm work always if the Computer is turned on? [closed]

I wanted to create a digital wellbeing programm for my pc just for a bit of fun but i cant really figure out how to let a programm run always if the PC is turned on. I already heard something about .bat and .pyw which should help but couldnt really understand. Or should i create a .exe to make it independent from my programming environment spyder?
