My organization disables the option to suppress the browser download prompt in Chrome/Edge, and we have an RPA that downloads files. Since the download prompt is blocked, I’m trying to automate the download via the browser’s internal downloads page 'edge://downloads/'. But, that page is rendered with JavaScript. Key issue: I cannot click the “Save” button on 'edge://downloads/', and attempts to interact with the page via JavaScript have failed. I’m looking for guidance on how to interact with JavaScript Apps in browser that dynamically-update the browser UI pages using Selenium or other method.
