[Python] How to import file mnist and all image involed it [closed]

train = pd.read_csv("fashion-mnist_train.csv")
test = pd.read_csv("fashion-mnist_test.csv")


I try to import like this but it seem not to import all the files. I tried using notebook of kaggle, but I want to know how to use it in visual studio code.
