[Python] How to implement Weighted Sum Method in an already existing search engine for a...

I have a local small scale search engine for a database hosted on supabase, now i want to add another layer of complexity by adding a feature where if the person searches for languages a person has learnt, say C++, then the results are shown in a particular order, like first the year of graduation, then their branch and then their college, any tips on how to implement this?
