[Python] How to fix in miniconda environment ERROR: Could not install packages due to an...

Pardon my lack of understanding, I'm relatively new to python and i don't have a deep knowledge on how Windows UAC works.

I have a company work laptop with a miniconda environment installed in a folder that is getting synced with onedrive. I use MS Visual Code to program python scripts in the conda environment. Every time i want to pip install a library it gives me the OSError: [WinError 5] Access is denied.

When i do pip install --user same error appears.

I'm guessing it has something to do with windows administrative rights or onedrive syncing. I'm logged in as a local administrator user without T2 Administrative rights, i have a T2 Account that i can activate for a limited amount of time. Is there any way i can make pip install work with my local admin account?
