[Python] How to fix: ImportError: dynamic module does not define module export function...

I have python 3.13 and I installed portaudio via homebrew. I'm on macOS 15.4.1. I have PyAudio-0.2.14. When I try to import pyaudio, I get this error:

I tried on older versions of python and I get the same error.
