[Python] How to extract comments along with the corresponding passages from a .PPTX file

I want to obtain a mapping of the commented passage and the actual comment.

take example : suppose user Bob added comment on the first slide of .PPTX {slide 1}

Many developers choose Python[Good choice for beginners!] because of its simplicity and readability

Here is the passage from slide 1: pythonon which user added comment : Good choice for beginners!

expected output: [{"passage": "Python" , "comment": "Good choice for beginners!"},...]
