[Python] How to export/upload pytest results to Polarion

For the below pytest test-case, I want to upload the test result to the Polarion linking it to a test-case wok item. And also I want a Test Run shown in the Polarion with test-run name as ABC-Timestamp. This is what I tried so far

test_abc.py

import pytest

@pytest.mark.polarion(test_id="ABC-12345") # ID from the Polarion Test Case
def test_abc(a, b, c):
assert a + b = c

pytest -v tests/test_abc.py
