[Python] How to disable single quote which is printed by default in a file while using Python...

I am facing issues in YAML module of Python. I am trying to read an Excel sheet and trying to print the data into a YAML file. I have the below code:

Incorrect output

Required output with the correct quotes:

apiVersion: cct/v1

value: "'Ericsson'"
attribute: "technology"
value: "'2G'"


How can I get the correct quotes which is needed?
