[Python] How to correctly use Sklearn

I've Python 3.12 interpreter in PyCharm. I used in my code

from sklearn.preprocessing import MinMaxScaler


but when I tried to install sklearn package in PyCharm It told me that it was deprecated and to install "scikit learn" I did it but when I ran it gave me this error "ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'sklearn'"

How can I use MinMaxScaler without sklearn?
