[Python] How can we list the test cycles present in a version of a project in Zephyr-JIRA...

I'm trying to fetch test cycles from Zephyr for Jira Cloud using the public REST API, but I keep getting a 404 error. I have mentioned the code I am using and also have checked that uder the version I have cycles.
