[Python] How can I upload image folders on local jupyter so that i can apply EDA and extract...

How can I upload image folders on local jupyter so that i can apply EDA and extract feature(each folder->many image frames) w/ running out of memory? When i uploaded all folders, the prog either shows system RAM out of memory, closes the prog, or hangs each folder has many images (using python ofc) I want to apply eda and extract features from each and every image.
