[Python] How can I retry testcases which are failed in setup and call phase of test in pytest

    I want to retry testcases which are failed in setup or call phase of test but seems like Pytest's pytest-rerunfailures retries tests even if they fail in the teardown phase. Is there any way to achieve this?
