I want to split the rounds of amateur players' tennis match video

I hope friends can provide a model to implement this function I now have a requirement. I want to give the model a video in. The result of reasoning is to divide the video into segments. Each clip is a round in a tennis battle, or can give me some time points. These time points tell me at which moment the hitting action occurred. Through this implementation, the tennis video will be divided according to the round.
