[Python] how can i detect is my message readed on telegram using telethon?

i need to collect all chats on my telegram account and check if someone readed my messages and log actions to a console, i've tried MessageRead event and some low level types such as GetPeerDialogsRequest, GetDialogsRequest etc but they work weird or doesnt work at all. i've saw a lot of examples but only for 1 chat meanwhile i need to read all my chats with async.
