I want to build an AI agent for a tech project but I am not sure where to start. I would like to know what tools or frameworks are commonly used and what steps are needed to create a basic working agent.

I have read about AI tools like LangChain and OpenAI APIs but I have not built an agent before. I expected to find an easy guide or sample project but most resources seem too complex. I am looking for a simple explanation or starting point.
