[Python] How can I copy the css for the Custom Search engine search bar to make a similar...

So I tried to copy the css that I saw on the developer tools when I inspect the search bar but it doesn't exactly make my input box the same as the search bar. I don't know if its possible but if it is it would be nice to have. Not sure if it matters but the project is written in python with the web part of it made with flask.

I don't need the same functionality. I don't need to see any results because I'm trying to use the input for something else. In fact, I probably don't need a search bar because what I really need is a drop down box populated with every programming language that's ever been asked a question about on stackoverflow.

So what I need to know is how can I have a dropdown box that looks similar to the custom search box the default look of it and the search suggestions dropdown I think would also be nice to know the css of if possible. I would also like to know if there is a list somewhere of all of the programming languages that have questions about them on this website. Maybe some ideas as to how I would find that list programmatically would be nice too.
