For certain actions, like creating, modifying or destroying resources, I'd like to request confirmation from the user before the tool actually is called. The agent should not automatically and directly call the tool before confirmation was given. I'm using the package mcp for the MCP server in Python. Is there a built-in way to do this? Writing it into the tool description is not sufficient enough as the agents sometimes ignore it or just assume that confirmation was given for the currently executed tool when a prior step has been confirmed.
