[Python] Having issues with openpyxl library of Python, when formating cell as number

When fromating a cell as a number using openpyxl, there is a shift of rows in the file

ws["D5"].number_format = "0"
wb.save(f"{search_path}/Contabilidad.xlsx")


See the 3 blank rows on Excel, data was shifted instead of being formated as number.
