Within the Google Directions API, is there a way I can specify my request to prefer to take a ferry when it is an option? In the documentation, all I can see is that I can set a parameter to avoid ferries, and that you can only specify rail and bus for transit mode. I tried to set the mode to transit within my request, but even for trips where the ferry may be faster, the ferry is rarely an option. Continue reading...
