[Python] Get point with The most northeastern point value in python [closed]

This seems simple, but I would like to do this as efficiently as possible.

Effectively, I am interested in the points that are The most northeastern point.

Given an Array like:

[[10,2],[0,2],[1,10],[1,0],[2,3],[5,2],[7,2],[7,3],[3,8],[6,1]]


My idea is to use X**2+y**2 to calculate, I don't know if my idea is correct.

Is Get point with highest and lowest x and y value in python similar to this one?

My expression seems a bit rough. I defined the first index of the list as latitude and the second index as precision, that is, [[b,l],[b,l]]. It seems that X+Y is the most northeastern coordinate? I am not sure if my thinking is correct.
