I am working on a project to build a dataset of scanned drug thermal labels for training an AI model. Instead of collecting real scanned images, I want to generate synthetic images programmatically. I am looking for help with code in Python, C#, or Golang that can generate images resembling the below scanned thermal labels.

Specifically, I need guidance on how to replicate the exact text appearance and effects typical of thermal printed drug labels, including font style, size, spacing, and any thermal printing artifacts (such as slight blurring, uneven ink distribution, or thermal transfer effects).
