I am running the below Nextflow script with the docker image converted via apptainer. nextflow run main.nf -c nextflow.config \ --fastq /rds/projects/b/Anu/pilot_data/EBT_U2OS_15112023/output/EBT_HP_chr22.fq \ --skipmapping -profile apptainer while running, the the script throws the following error `Matplotlib created a temporary cache directory at /tmp/matplotlib-d2xaw8he because the default path (/rds/homes/d/dasaz/.config/matplotlib) is not a writable directory; it is highly recommended to set the MPLCONFIGDIR environment variable to a writable directory, in particular to speed up the import of Matplotlib and to better support multiprocessing. Fontconfig error: No writable cache directories I have updated the MPLCONFIGDIR the XDG_CACHE_HOME variables, yet the script throws the error.
