[Python] FastAPI PyJWT module cannot be resolved even though it is installed

I'm using JWT for a test project with FastAPI, and have encountered an odd problem with JWT, both my IDE and FastAPI says the jwt module could not be found even though it is listed in the .venv Lib file and on pip. Any ideas on how to fix it? I cannot find similar problems online.
