I know this is probably not an easy task but I'm just looking for some advice on how to begin tackling this problem. I need to extract the data from the curve at every single point on the graph. I'm guessing I would need to start by setting the boundaries and the values that go along with them. Manual tracing with the mouse would be a good place to start, but some sort of auto tracking function which can be edited would be nice. Is opencv the best way to solve this? Continue reading...
