[Python] Error installing insightface on Windows: "Failed to build insightface /...

I’m trying to install the insightface library on my local environment, but the installation fails with the following error:

Failed to build insightface
error: failed-wheel-build-for-install


What I have tried

• Installed Visual Studio Build Tools
• Updated pip, setuptools, and wheel.
• Tried running the command with --upgrade.

Context

• OS: Windows 10 (64-Bit)
• Python: I tried the version 3.10 and 3.11
• IDE: VSCode
• Command I’m running: pip install insightface

Question: What could be causing this build error when trying to install insightface on Windows? Are there any specific dependencies (CUDA, C++ compiler, or Python version) that I need in order to get this package working?
