    I'm trying to install the spacy package and its dependencies using pip and a requirements.txt file in a Python environment. However, I'm encountering the following error during the installation process:

    requirements.txt

    -i https://pypi.python.org/simple
    anyio==3.7.0
    appdirs==1.4.4
    ...
    spacy==3.0.3
    spacy-legacy==3.0.1
    spacy-lookups-data==1.0.3
    ...
    websockets==11.0.3
    wrapt==1.15.0; python_version >= '2.7' and python_version not in '3.0, 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4'
    xmltodict==0.13.0; python_version >= '3.4'
    zipp==3.16.2; python_version >= '3.8'

    I run the command pip install -r requirements.txt, also tried conda install --file requirements.txt

    I'm using Python 3.9.16 on macOS (M1). I've tried updating Pipenv, ensuring the correct dependencies are installed, and recreating the virtual environment, but I'm still encountering this issue. How can I resolve this error and successfully install the spacy package with its dependencies?
