[Python] Encounter a pydantic validate error when defining a CrewAI object

I am a beginner with CrewAI, and I'm running my first CrewAI task (on my localhost). When I defined crew like in the code shown as below, I got a pydantic validation error, which I have included a picture of below. Can anyone help me find the root cause?
