I am trying to create an index in devpi that only allows whitelisted packages to be downloaded. In this example, I am attempting to whitelist numpy:

    • create an index named “dev”
    • based off the default root index of pypi
    • whitelist numpy, and indicate intersection with the root index.

My code for creating the “dev” index:

    devpi index -c dev mirror_whitelist=numpy type=stage mirror_whitelist=numpy mirror_whitelist_inheritance=intersection bases=root/pypi

However I am still able to install other packages when I run the following:

    http://127.0.0.1:3141/root/dev/
    tensorflow ```

The UI indicates that numpy is white listed. Would anyone know I can still pip install other modules? Thank you.
