I just got my first job in the world of automation and I'm learning a little bit about communication protocols. I was asked to create a script in python to do the following: I instantiate many modbus tcp/ip "servers" by reading a database (this part works fine), then each of this servers should send its data to a client ( a plc with twincat installed ). The modbus communication regarding the plc works as well, but I don't know how to simulate the server functioning. I read about the myModbus library but I don't know how that could help me. I'm sorry if the question might sound confusing and I'll give more info if required, basically, to resume, I want to create some servers in python with whom the plc should interact to read data.Any help would be appreciated ;)
