I am using the Python library juliacall to be able to run functions written in Julia within a Python framework. I am using Visual Studio Code IDE with the Julia and Python extensions that offer nice debugging tools for their respective languages. However, until now, I was not able to debug the Julia functions that are called from Python. Is there a way to be able to debug the Julia functions that are called with juliacall? I tried to launch the Python debug configuration, but the code execution would not stop on the breakpoints that I defined in Julia functions. Thanks a lot in advance for all the advice I might get!
