[Python] Creating a virtual environment with an older python version

I am trying to create a virtual env with an older python version on my Mac. I installed 3.11 but when I run the command

virtualenv -p /usr/bin/python3.11 myenv


I get the error message:

No such file or directory: '/usr/bin/python3.11'


How can I resolve this?

I think the latest python version is installed in usr/bin/ on a Mac
